Robert Britting Sr., MBA, is a seasoned pharmaceutical industry leader with decades of experience driving commercial strategy, brand growth, and global healthcare impact. His career spans pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, diagnostics, and healthcare services, where he has played a key role in the development, launch, and long-term success of life-changing therapies. Known for his disciplined, operator-led approach, Robert brings strategic clarity and executional rigor to complex commercial challenges. Robert is AI Certified. 

Beyond corporate leadership, Robert is recognized for his commitment to ethical leadership and humanitarian impact. He was nominated for the Humanitarian Award by the Healthcare Marketers Exchange for his work in Uganda supporting maternal health initiatives focused on the survival of pregnant women and their unborn children through medical education programs—underscoring his belief that healthcare leadership extends beyond business outcomes. More recently, Robert was voted as Top 100 Innovators in the US.

Robert’s expertise includes U.S. and international pricing strategy across Europe, Asia, and South America; go-to-market planning; marketing and sales strategy; and new business development. He has spent 23 years in the pharma business and has been responsible for over $1billion in growth for large and mid-size pharmaceutical companies.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Dr. Britting served as Mayor of Hillsborough Township in 2024, guiding the community with the same vision and dedication he brings to his professional work. His unique blend of scientific knowledge, business acumen, and public service experience positions him as a dynamic and impactful leader.

Rao, a Hillsborough, New Jersey resident since 1997, is a seasoned business leader with deep expertise in strategic growth, operations, and cross-border commerce. Appointed as the township’s Community Engagement Advisor, he has played a key role in fostering connections between Hillsborough’s growing South Asian population and the broader community.
